Shipping policy

2. Shipping time is estimated by the carrier and we do not have any control on it. Customers are provided with tracking number in their email or phone number. We try our best to get your packagaes ready within 1-2 days from your order date.

3.If damage of your products occur because of carrier, please inform us as soon as possible via email or phone. We will need informations to submit claim for damage. Next step after this will be decided depending on decision made by carrier. We will keep our customers updated.
